

Medication-related necrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) is the major dental implication of anti-resorptives and anti-angiogenics. Other adverse effects include:
- Dental erosion due to gastro-esophaegeal reflux
- Drug interactions: Oral BPs + NSAIDS can cause GI disturbance. BPs + aminoglycosides can tax the kidneys
- Effect of predisposing condition or cancer
